Taxi:

There is a very regular Black Taxi service available from Woolwich Arsenal BR Station that takes approximately five minutes to reach the Practice.

By Road:

From M25 and A2 or Blackwall Tunnel and Woolwich Ferry.

Take the A206 (Southcircular Road) and turn into Nightingale Vale and proceed onto Plumstead Common Road for 1 mile to Plumstead Common. Garland Road is on the right hand side adjacent to the childrens swing park.
